No Product may be returned or refunded except for Damaged Products
To be eligible for a resend your package needs to be damage upon arrival.
To start a resend, you can contact us at info@moquetroses.com. between 24 hours of receiving your package.

Refunds
Company may at its sole discretion elect to issue a refund after consideration. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
